This is a monthly note from inside OLEADA, where we do a bit of reflection. We’ll take a look at what we built, what we changed, and what we couldn’t stop thinking about. Along with a little BTS on how we’re building this brand, little by little.

1) On Set in Brooklyn
This was a full day in Brooklyn. Cold and snowing outside vs. Hot lights inside. After weeks of planning, the shoot was finally realized.

There were nearly 20 people on set.
Stylists. Producers. Photographers. Videographers. Ops.
All in quiet choreography behind every “effortless” frame.
This is the part you don’t always see. But it’s where the work lives.
2) An Evening with OLEADA
We hosted our first VIP dinner at Le Jardinier NYC, with women who’ve supported OLEADA since the early days. Their contributions have helped build our brand.



Every detail was intentional. Including our custom cocktail, Rouge Royale.


Before dessert, we asked one question at the table:
What book shaped you as a female leader, and why?
The answers were honest. And the conversation got real, fast.
Nobody wanted to check their phone.

3) Recognized Among the Foremost 50
OLEADA was recognized at the Foremost 50 Forum in NYC alongside well-known DTC brands like Dossier, Parke, and Warby Parker. The Lead honored ‘challenger’ brands shaping what’s next.


We’re grateful for the nod. Then it was right back to the studio ;)
Looking Ahead
On February 13, we’ll host our annual Emotional Baggage campaign at Foreigner NYC.
