Welcome to From the Studio. A monthly note from inside OLEADA. What we designed. What we refined. What we couldn’t stop thinking about. And a bit of BTS on how we’re building this brand, little by little.
May felt like a major turning point. You know, the kind of month where everything starts to click into place.
We took OLEADA to the Hamptons, showed up for causes close to our heart, and (of course) kept building behind the scenes.

OLEADA Takes the Hamptons
We’ve had our eyes on the Hamptons for a minute. And Memorial Day weekend, it finally happened!
OLEADA made its debut at The Hub in Bridgehampton. It was a curated collision of summer style, wellness, and community. In other words: our kind of place.
We kicked things off with Disco Dreamland, the Hub’s opening night party for the Hamptons community.
Caviar, champagne, a candy cart, custom cocktails, and a disco DJ who understood the assignment. People were dancing, mingling, trying things on, and leaning all the way into summer mode.


We brought the full Coast Collection and introduced our Coast Beach Tote for the first time. Waterproof inside and out. Custom monogramming tabs. Everything you need for a summer day done right.
She was made for this moment.


Tiffany spent the weekend on-site monogramming totes by hand. (One of our favorite pastimes).
There’s something really special about watching someone’s bag become theirs, right in front of you.



The rest of The Hub programming was equally fabulous. Pilates, yoga, matcha, IV drips, sauna activations. It was definitely our scene.

Always in the Room
May had us showing up for our favorite people and causes. And honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Influencer Social Responsibility Mother’s Day Celebration
We were honored to be part of the Influencer Social Responsibility Mother’s Day celebration, an evening built around the mothers who show up every single day. For their families. Their communities. Their careers. Themselves.


The event brought together mothers, creators, founders, and brands with purpose behind them. Donations from the evening went to Room to Grow, which supports young mothers as they navigate life from the third trimester through their child’s third birthday.
For OLEADA, this felt personal in more ways than one. We talk a lot about the many roles women move through, because we build for that reality. WorkStyle was never just about work. It’s about the full life around it.
And in a moment we could not have planned better, one of our own team members welcomed her baby on Mother’s Day. So yes, this one really got us.
We couldn’t be prouder. ❤️
The Lead Summit
Then came two days at The Lead Summit, surrounded by some of the smartest people in retail, brand, and marketing.
The message that kept coming up? The strongest brands aren’t built on what they sell. They’re built on what they stand for. Community over audience. Relationship over content. Long-term trust over short-term noise.
That's always been our foundation. We didn't set out to build a bag brand. We set out to support women we deeply believe in. These two days reminded us why staying close to her – and our core values – is always the north star. We'll be back!
Marketing Supper Club
Jamie represented OLEADA at the Marketing Supper Club, hosted by Amanda Ma of Innovate Marketing Group. It was one of those dinners where the guest list does half the work: leaders across beauty, retail, tech, and media, all in the mood to say something more interesting than “So what are you working on?”
Our Marina Tote was featured in the evening’s lucky draw. Someone went home very happy that night :)


On the Docket
We also sponsored On the Docket, a networking series built for law students and young attorneys. More than 60 brilliant women in one room, making connections, comparing notes, and building each other up.



We showed up with $100 gift cards for every attendee and a Marina Tote for the raffle. Women investing in themselves is very much our thing. Women doing it together, even better.
What’s Next
Summer is officially here. And Team OLEADA is ready!
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be spread across cities on the East Coast, the Midwest, and Asia. Different time zones. Same mission.
